My Background

I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Connecticut and have spent my entire career specializing in sports-based physical therapy. My clinical focus is in orthopedics and sports medicine, with advanced training in running rehabilitation and throwing/overhead athlete care including baseball, softball, football and other overhead sports along with gymnastics and dance.

Over the years, I've worked with athletes and active individuals at every level, from weekend warriors and youth athletes to competitive and high-performance sports participants and professional athletes. That experience has given me a deep understanding of how the body moves, how injuries happen, and, most importantly, how to build a rehab plan that actually gets people back to doing what they love, not just "good enough."

Why I Started This Practice

After 15 years working in sports-based physical therapy, I decided to open this practice to bring something different to the community: care that is personal, thorough, and centered entirely on you, not on rushing through appointments or checking boxes.

I believe quality care means listening first, understanding your goals, and building a plan tailored specifically to your body, your sport or activity, and your life. Whether you're recovering from an injury, working through chronic pain, or looking to move and perform at your best, my goal is to be your partner in getting there.

If you're ready to move better and feel better, I'd love to help you get there
